A geriatrician is a doctor who specialises in care of elderly and the diseases that affect them. The approach is usually holistic and involves a multidisciplinary team. At Dr Rahul's Elder Care each elder undergoes comprehensive geriatric assessment coordinated by a team of health specialist who are expert in geriatric care. Each elder is assigned to a health manager who will be single point of contacts for the all needs of the elder.
